VFXReports  

VFXReports is an app for taking Visual Effects notes on a film/tv set during the shoot. It is designed to easily and quickly record important camera and on-set information, as well as save reference images.

At the end of the shoot day, or the end of the project, you can export an organized PDF report including notes and images. You can also export a CSV for importing in VFX pipelines.

PRIVACY POLICY
VFXReports does not collect any personal or other information. We do not store or transmit your personal details. We do not include any advertising or analytics software that talks to third parties.

How Info & Images are saved
We know with film and TV work, any information or images from set should be kept secure and private. All information and images you save in VFXReports is stored locally and on your iCloud in a private database. This information is only accessible to you, and to whomever you decide to share it with.

If you choose to enter your name, company name, email address, or phone number in the "User Settings", that information will only appear in the PDF reports you create. (It is your choice if you want to include this info on your reports for the production.) Again, this information is stored locally and on your iCloud private database, and not accessible by us.

iCloud Security
The intention with iCloud with this app is to preserve information in case of catastrophic damage to the device used on-set to enter information. (In case it falls in the ocean, for example.) Your latest data is preserved in your iCloud account and accesible on your other devices.
